The Parks of Disneyworld

Disneyworld has been a revered family holiday destination for the last 40 years. The resort offers many different parks all adopting different styles, leading to one of the most diverse and entertaining experiences in the world. These are just a few examples of the great areas to explore around the park.

Epcot

This area of the park is purely dedicated to technology and history of 11 great nations around the world. Take your self on a journey through time on Spaceship Earth. The 16 minute show takes you from the ages of prehistoric man right the way through to how people may live in the future, with every significant event in between. There are areas dedicated to France, Germany, China, Italy and Japan to name a few. After these, come back home in the United Kingdom Pavilion, allowing you to stroll through an English village and even get a pint of your favourite tipple at the authentic Rose and Crown pub.

Blizzard Beach

Get set for thrills and spills at one of the two waterparks the resort offers. Plunge from a twelve storey drop on the Summit Plummet waterslide. You can race against not only time but each other on the 230 foot long DoubleDipper Ride. When all the adrenaline seems too much, simply grab a rubber ring and relax on the Cross Country Creek lazy river. The blizzard beach has enough to keep both the children and adults amused all day long, or until you run out of energy.

Animal Kingdom

Disneyworld is also home to the largest animal theme park in the world. Take yourself through the heart of Tanzania on the Kilimanjaro Safari, or witness Tigers and a Komodo dragon through the depths of the Asian jungle in the Maharajah Jungle Trek. You can even hop aboard a high speed rollercoaster to tackle the biggest mountain in the world on Expedition Everest. Finally, let your children learn about dinosaurs by becoming palaeontologists in The BoneYard.

Magic Kingdom

Finally we get to where the magic happens, the original park of the resort. Propel past the flashing lights of the space station and beyond aboard the space mountain, experience the thrill of a runaway train on the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad or just give your self an incredible fright in the Haunted Mansion. Fly the magic carpets of Aladdin, accompany Snow White on her scary adventures and be involved in a mad-as-a-hatter Tea Party.

That was just a few of the resorts, with hundreds of rides and attractions to choose from, the only problem you may experience in the resort is which resort to visit first.
