Bali is an Indonesian island located in the westernmost end of the Lesser Sunda Islands. Bali is lying between Java to the west and Lombok to the east. Bali is one of the Country’s 33 provinces with the provincial capital at Denpasar towards the south of the island. The largest municipality is Denpasar that is the capital with a population of in the region of 300,000. Seminyak is a more high-class area and has a number of chic clubs, restaurants and bars down the main avenue. There are in addition some fashionable nightclubs situated here as well.

There are a lot of new places in the south of Bali, like Nusa Dua, which is home to a lot of 5 star resorts. It is located 40 kilometres from Denpasar, the provincial capital of Bali. Nusa Dua means two islands.

Nusa Dua has beaches on either sides of it and has been attracting lots of people from all across the island.

Jimbaran is also an area growing in popularity and is a great place to sit and watch the lovely sunsets that Bali is known for. Jimbaran lies on the ‘neck’ of the southern peninsula in Bali and is widely known for the fresh seafood kiosks that are scattered along the beach.
